Laura Doehle started Elevation Business Consulting to help small business owners achieve calm, clarity and confidence in running their business. She supports busy business owners who always feel like they are putting out fires by creating an action plan and the space to act on that plan. She is motivated to get each business owner to a place of personal and business success and able to take a vacation.
Her experience working across small professional service firms, including with multiple partners, married partners, and single owner firms, has developed her “take action” approach and understanding of the structures that allow business owners to achieve their vision.
Laura earned an MBA from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business and a BS from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.
Laura is on the board of ArtsFund and Women Business Owners (WBO) and serves as a mentor to early-stage organizations through Life Science Washington Institutes’ WIN Program. In addition, she supports the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship as an application essay reviewer. When not running her business or supporting her community, you will find her hiking, biking, skiing, or enjoying sports and music with her family and friends.
